Across the room his eyes are closed as he is working out the mix with perfect detail. It is amazing just to watch, as his mind and body are one with the music. Tommy's passion always shines through his DJ sets. His rhythmic DJ style, perfect placement of vocals, and sonic textures set the mood, energy, and vibe beyond comparison. It is easy to understand why most say, "Tommy Bones has got soul".
As a child growing up in Connecticut, Tommy's mind was always lost in music, but it wasn't till the age of 14 when a friend showed him the basics of mixing that he found his calling. Through practicing what he learned, Tommy submerged himself into dance music culture. Soon afterward he began frequenting New York's underground club scene and began gaining respect amongst the dancers and djs. As a dancer himself he has always been able to have a closer connection with his audience, and has become popular as the "dancer's DJ". Currently residing in New York with over 20 years in the business, Tommy has become globally known as a tastemaker, entrepreneur, DJ, and music producer.
